seyval
An off dry white wine. Fermented in American oak, Seyval is a medium bodied wine with hints of butter and spice. Enjoy slightly chilled with poultry, seafood and pasta. $14.95
halb trocken (sold out until May 6, 2010)
An off dry white wine. Produced in a classic German "half dry" style, Halb Trocken is a pure-flavored, steely wine with the aging potential of its European Riesling parentage. With notes of lime and citrus and a smooth, balanced finish, Halb Trocken pairs well with lighter fare.
cranberry blush (sold out until November 2010)
A semi sweet blush wine. Wisconsin cranberries combined with white grapes during fermentation give Cranberry Blush its subtle blend of both tart and sweet. Traditionally served as an accompaniment to a holiday feast.
la crescent
A Wisconsin semi-sweet table wine. LaCrescent is a casual wine with tropical and citrus notes and a lingering finish. Enjoyed chilled with your favorite poultry, seafood or Asian dishes. $12.95
moonlight
A sweet white wine. Aromatic and fruity, Moonlight begins sweet and finishes smooth. Superb as an
after-dinner sipping wine, Moonlight also pairs well with fruit and cheese. $10.95
bliss (sold out until May 6, 2010)
A sweet white dessert-style wine. Made from Wisconsin Frontenac Gris, Bliss can be enjoyed with light desserts like fruit and cheese, or more decadent desserts such as chocolate truffles.

rosé and red wines
river bend blend
A dry red wine. Aged six months in American oak, River Bend Blend is the fusion of Wisconsin Frontenac and California Zinfandel. Smooth cherry undertones of Frontenac blend with the spice and plum of Zinfandel to produce a red wine of medium body and mild astringency. Pairs well with beef. $14.95
barrel head red
A dry red wine. Aged twelve months in American oak, Barrel Head Red is a smooth blend of Wisconsin Frontenac and California Merlot. Served at room temperature, Barrel Head Red pairs well with beef entrees and pasta with red sauce. $14.95 (Only available in the rbv tasting room)
magenta
A semi-sweet rose wine. Frontenac grapes pressed immediately upon picking provide Magenta its signature color and crisp acidity. Enjoy chilled with aged cheeses, tangy barbecue or spicy cuisine. $12.95
sunset
A sweet red wine. Bursting with fruity aroma and radiant color, our winemaker refers to Sunset as "grapes in the glass." Terrific as an after-dinner wine, Sunset also pairs well with crackers, cheese, and sausage. $10.95
